Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to craft a compelling vision for Switch2’s Data and Automation Products
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and beyond
Champion agile ways of working, fostering a culture of rapid decision-making, continuous improvement, and value-driven delivery
Ensure that new features and products are not only delivered but embraced
Guide and mentor Switch2's Energy Change Agents, helping them understand product capabilities and communicate the value of upcoming changes
Act as the go-to product expert and liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external vendors
Support ongoing product evolution by monitoring performance against key metrics and planning thoughtful transitions from legacy systems to future-state solutions
Keep leadership informed with regular updates to the Steering Group and Senior Management Team
Requirements
Proven stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Exceptional communication skills—you can translate technical complexity into compelling narratives for executives, and business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams
Deep understanding of customer service practices and solutions
Strong empathy for customer and client needs, with a user-centred mindset
Full software implementation lifecycle experience, from discovery through launch and iteration
Solid grasp of change management principles and business process modelling
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to delivery
Collaborative and engaging communicator, able to inspire and influence at all levels
Data-driven mindset with ability to define metrics, analyse performance, and make evidence-based decisions
Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities with confidence and clarity.
