Responsibilities

You use customer feedback and usage data strategically to optimize web and app features.
You accompany the entire development cycle of new features, processes, and systems from concept to launch.
Requirements
Degree in economics, business informatics, or a technical/banking qualification, or equivalent professional experience in the product area of a bank or FinTech.
Practical experience in conceptual work and project work, ideally in an agile environment.
Strong digital and IT literacy.
Team player with a systematic and independent working style.
Strong analytical skills, holistic thinking, quick comprehension, and excellent communication skills.
Enthusiasm for innovation and a focus on sustainable solutions.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
