About the role

• Product Designer creating user flows and prototypes to enhance user experience at fintech IC Markets. Collaborating with teams to ensure design aligns with business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Product Designer to focus on user flow mapping, product design, and usability optimization , ensuring every interaction aligns with business goals and user needs.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into seamless user journeys that enhance conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Design and optimize user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for new and existing features.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Developers to define and validate user requirements and ensure alignment between business logic and user experience.
• Conduct UX research , gather feedback, and apply insights to continuously improve product usability and clarity.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and visual standards to ensure consistency across all IC Markets products.
• Support multiple squads ( Websites, Client Area, CRM, PSPs ) with design concepts, prototypes, and interaction improvements.
• Create intuitive interfaces that simplify complex user journeys (e.g., onboarding, deposits, account management).
• Participate in user testing sessions to validate design hypotheses and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Contribute to product discovery sessions, bringing design thinking and user empathy to decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction , or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in a digital or fintech environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, prototypes, and visual designs for web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Miro , or other modern design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design , and usability testing .
• Experience designing for complex systems (such as trading platforms, CRMs, or client portals) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and experience working alongside Product Owners and Developers.
• Excellent attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and ability to translate business goals into elegant, user-focused solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to justify design decisions with data and reasoning.
