Requirements
Strong experience in Product Design (UX, UI, Research)
Experience with digital products
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Familiar with discovery and exploration processes, user research, information architecture, usability testing, A/B testing, design systems, and user journey mapping
Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes and interfaces using Figma or similar tools
Experience using, developing, and maintaining Design Systems
Collaborate as the product experience professional by conducting research, journey maps and blueprints
Drives decision-making from the user's perspective while understanding how to drive company value
Participate in defining roadmaps, timelines and related planning
