Requirements
- Strong experience in Product Design (UX, UI, Research)
- Experience with digital products
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Familiar with discovery and exploration processes, user research, information architecture, usability testing, A/B testing, design systems, and user journey mapping
- Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes and interfaces using Figma or similar tools
- Experience using, developing, and maintaining Design Systems
- Collaborate as the product experience professional by conducting research, journey maps and blueprints
- Drives decision-making from the user's perspective while understanding how to drive company value
- Participate in defining roadmaps, timelines and related planning
