Responsibilities
Work directly with sales managers, strategic clients and the innovation ecosystem to identify challenges and opportunities across different segments, proposing innovative and intelligent solutions aligned with the Vivo Empresas and TTechs portfolio;
Collaborate in the co-creation of concept projects (e.g., Smart Industry, Smart Agency, Smart Pharmacy), connecting business teams, product managers, technical specialists and the innovation area;
Lead client immersion processes to obtain a deep understanding of pain points, trends and technical requirements, turning requests into viable projects and market differentiators;
Connect field insights to the Product Innovation area, contributing to the pipeline of new products/services and continuous alignment among teams;
Drive the development of innovative, customized technical proposals using global benchmarking and analytical tools (including AI where applicable);
Participate in the validation of prototypes, MVPs and pilots with clients, fostering interactions between commercial and technical teams and technology partners, aiming for scalable and replicable benefits across the organization;
Support trainings, industry events, technology fairs and innovation forums, promoting the dissemination of learnings and new trends to the pre-sales team.
Requirements
Preferred degree or postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Innovation or related areas;
Solid knowledge of integrated IT and Telecom solutions, with experience in applied innovation, digital transformation projects and emerging platforms (AI, Big Data, IoT, Cloud, Security, etc.);
Experience in collaborative environments, innovation hubs, labs, POCs and interaction with startups/technology partners;
Ability to map markets, analyze trends and identify new business opportunities with a consultative mindset;
Proficiency in project management tools, design thinking, techno-economic feasibility analysis and Business Case development;
Strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments;
Fluency in English is a plus.
