About the role

  • Supervisor responsible for overseeing operations, team management, and operational standards in BR Mania convenience stores throughout Brazil. Focus on improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring daily store operations, ensuring compliance with operational standards, customer service and product merchandising
  • Supporting store leaders and attendants with guidance on routines, KPIs and best practices
  • Monitoring results (sales, stockouts, shrinkage/losses and productivity) and proposing corrective actions
  • Developing and implementing continuous improvement plans
  • Ensuring execution of commercial/promotional campaigns at store level
  • Controlling inventory accuracy
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and compliance regulations
  • Conducting regular store visits to monitor operations
  • Developing teams and identifying training needs
  • Contributing directly to operational efficiency and improving the customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Commercial Management, Management Processes or related fields
  • Previous retail experience (convenience stores, food service or supermarkets), with responsibility for operations, team management and store routines
  • Leadership and people development skills (performance management, feedback and team building)
  • Proficiency in operational and sales metrics (stockouts, shrinkage/losses, average ticket, productivity, margin and inventory accuracy)
  • Knowledge of operational routines: inventory management, store layout and merchandising, service standards, hygiene and food safety
  • Availability for frequent store visits and simultaneous management of multiple units
  • Intermediate knowledge of digital tools and reporting (Excel, POS systems, ERP and audit/routine apps)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, acting as a link between stores and corporate areas
  • Operational discipline and organization, ensuring consistent execution of processes and standards
