About the role
- PMO Sourcing and Fulfillment Specialist responsible for sourcing offshore wind tooling and turbine components. Ensure quality control and timely delivery throughout project phases.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and fulfillment execution of offshore wind tooling, turbine components transport and storage frame
- Conduct supplier qualification and negotiation
- Ensure timely delivery and manufacturing quality control
- Support tendering and project execution phases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Project Management (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing environments
- Experience managing sourcing for engineered products or industrial equipment, ideally within renewable energy or infrastructure sectors
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of contract law, T&Cs, and sourcing risk management
- Strong understanding of project manufacturing processes (e.g. fabrication planning, capacity management, quality control)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
