Performance Marketing Manager leading CNS Media’s Paid Media function and overseeing a team of specialists. Driving client success and team development across various platforms in a strategic role.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Paid Media team, providing coaching, 1:1s, appraisals, and clear progression pathways
Own the paid media strategy across Google, Meta, Bing, Tiktok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Translate client business goals into actionable, data-led media strategies
Monitor profitability, utilisation, and efficiency across all paid accounts
Support new business pitches and upselling opportunities
Establish and uphold best practice processes for campaign builds, optimisation, and reporting
Drive continuous innovation through testing new platforms, betas, and partnerships
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in Paid Media, with proven team leadership experience
Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
Excellent understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, YouTube, TikTok, and performance marketing trends
Demonstrable success managing large budgets and delivering measurable ROI
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset
Experience in an agency environment is highly desirable
