Responsibilities
- We’re looking for a People Partner Intern (Recruitment) to join our People Partner team at Ajaib. In this role, you’ll work closely with our People Partners and Hiring Managers to support end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and helping deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- This internship is ideal for someone passionate about people, culture, and recruitment, and eager to learn how hiring works in a fast-paced fintech environment. Outstanding intern will be considered for **full-time employment** after the program.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Work closely with People Partners to understand hiring needs across various functions (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Finance etc.).
- Maintain and update our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate candidate data and status tracking.
- Help draft and post job descriptions, source candidates from various platforms, and manage inbound applications.
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Provide administrative and project support to the wider People team as needed.
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Passionate about recruitment and people development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
- Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Available to commit for a minimum of 3–6 months (with strong performance leading to a full-time opportunity).
