Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn about people management
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Availability for a hybrid work model (Belo Horizonte, MG)
