About the role

- Maintains contact with other clinical team members to coordinate optimal care and resources
Requirements
- Requires an MS in Nursing
- Requires an active national NP certification
- Requires valid, current, active and unrestricted Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of New Jersey
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) required
- Bilingual or Multi-language skills required
- RN Compact license in state of residence is required
