About the role
- Analista Pleno de Strategic Alliances performing sales analysis and operational support. Collaborating with finance and ensuring operational efficiency in department stores.
Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly sales analyses (weekly sales, MTD, YTD, MoM, YoY, SSS (same-store sales), competitor analysis, etc.)
- Prepare monthly and collection-level analyses to support process improvements (e.g., merchandising analyses)
- Prepare materials for Global Day
- Assist with the monthly finance meeting – P&L – reconciling finance figures with internal controls
- Facilitate concession selections during showroom week (prepare Miro/PPT with collection and display racks)
- Execute operational tasks: upload previous month’s billing into RLM
- Ensure operational processes within each department store (e.g., prepare Pricat files – product registrations in the system for all concessions)
- Resolve daily Shopify/RLM issues (deliveries, pickups, replenishments, etc.)
- Troubleshoot daily BI issues (identify errors and coordinate fixes with the responsible team)
- Resolve daily issues with sales reports for each concession
- Monitor operational issues specific to each concession (for example: the Lafayette website required receiving the store’s full inventory overnight and, roughly three times a month, we experienced problems – work with the RPA team to find a solution)
- Send images/UPCs and descriptions to the Liberty and Lafayette websites before each season
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse profiles and cultures.
- Advanced English.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Organized, with a strong sense of priorities and ability to structure processes.
- Analytical, proactive, and systems-thinking mindset to anticipate risks and propose solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields with an analytical and business focus.
