About the role
- Systems implementation analyst specializing in social impact projects at Diagonal, focusing on user training and technical support during system rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject-matter specialist for the systems being deployed;
- Plan system deployments for clients;
- Configure and parameterize systems for client rollouts;
- Configure and maintain scenarios in demo environments;
- Create guides and keep the knowledge base updated in line with releases;
- Develop instructional materials for presentations and technical demonstrations of the systems;
- Train end users on the implemented system and provide technical support during deployment;
- Conduct or attend system demonstration meetings for stakeholders;
- Perform initial analysis of bugs or enhancement requests reported by users and submit tickets to the Support team;
- Monitor and manage user request tickets opened during implementation;
Requirements
- Ability to work with users who are resistant to change and to the systematization of processes;
- Ability to understand systemic processes and complex configurations;
- Ability to identify operational and systemic issues to report to the development team;
- Excellent writing skills for preparing tutorials and knowledge-base guides;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with users and leadership;
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment;
- Experience in social housing, land regularization, or household relocation within social housing projects;
- Familiarity with data analysis and development of indicators;
- Familiarity with programming logic;
