About the role

  • Compensation Specialist at Adobe delivering equitable compensation solutions in EMEA. Partnering with HR and business leaders to align compensation frameworks with regional practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across Employee Experience EMEA to align global compensation frameworks with regional practices, cultural contexts, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders, helping build understanding and confidence in compensation programs so they can support managers with clarity and consistency.
  • Provide year-round guidance to line managers, including support throughout the Rewards Check-In process, ensuring a fair and informed employee experience.
  • Advise Talent Acquisition partners on compensation and job-related decisions, including new hires, promotions, transfers, job matches, and job leveling.
  • Deliver thoughtful compensation analysis and insights across base pay and incentive programs, balancing data-driven recommendations with business and people considerations.
  • Research market trends and regional practices, translating insights into practical recommendations for EMEA compensation programs.
  • Support compensation activities related to mergers and acquisitions, contributing expertise during periods of change and integration.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects where compensation expertise is needed, learning from and collaborating with colleagues across Adobe.
  • Work closely with Benefits, Payroll, Legal, and the Employee Resource Center to ensure alignment, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across the region.
  • Support annual compensation benchmarking and range development for the EMEA region, continuously improving how data informs decisions.
  • Contribute to EMEA statutory gender pay initiatives, supporting analysis, implementation, and clear communication.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional partners to deliver statutory compensation projects end-to-end (e.g., statutory increases, France Participation).
  • Provide critical issue support to the Employee Resource Center, enabling front-line teams to confidently handle complex compensation cases.
  • Continuously review and improve regional compensation processes, driving efficiencies through technology, simplification, and better ways of working.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in regional compensation, ideally within a complex or matrixed organization.
  • Experience with compensation market analysis, cost forecasting, and modeling outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of regional compensation compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills, and a comfort with data-driven decision making.
  • Project management skills with the ability to drive implementation and communicate progress clearly across partners.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, enabling effective partnerships with HR Business Partners and business leaders across cultures.
  • Well-developed organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and inclusive verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative teammate who values different perspectives and ways of working.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable, with proven experience working effectively in a matrixed, international environment.
