About the role

• Analista de Informações Estratégicas preparing data analyses and reports to support strategic decisions. Collaborating with teams to improve institutional processes in healthcare context.

Responsibilities

• Support the collection of data from internal and external sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, CRM/ERP tools, and others.
• Perform basic data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure consistency and standardization.
• Develop and update reports and interactive dashboards using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Assist in presenting data in a visually clear and accessible way for different areas of the organization.
• Monitor key operational and strategic performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute descriptive and comparative analyses to help identify deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Support business areas with data-driven insights, providing analyses under the guidance of more experienced professionals.
• Prepare analytical materials for follow-up meetings and goal reviews.
• Execute simple to intermediate SQL queries to extract data from systems or data warehouses.
• Document queries and results for reproducibility and version control.
• Help identify data inconsistencies or errors.
• Collaborate with IT or data engineering teams to fix issues and improve data sources.
• Participate in meetings with other departments (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to understand needs and provide analytical support.
• Translate business requirements into specifications for reports or analyses.
• Improve skills in BI tools, query languages (SQL, DAX, etc.), and analysis techniques.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in data visualization and interpretation.
• Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree in a related field.
