Responsibilities
Develop and deliver event strategies that strengthen Ingrid’s brand and support business goals
Lead end-to-end event management — from planning and logistics to budgets, vendors, and post-event insights
Drive cross-market marketing campaigns together with the Demand Generation and Sales teams
Manage merchandise planning, ordering, and inventory
Create simple design assets like event backdrops, promotional materials, and landing pages
Track ROI, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
Maintain CRM activities and nurture email campaigns in HubSpot to support sales cycles
Requirements
3–5 years of marketing experience with a strong event management focus
Proven track record managing projects across multiple markets (UK, Netherlands, Nordics)
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and automation tools
Solid budget management and reporting experience
Basic design ability (Canva, Figma, or similar)
Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
