Lead CRM and automation strategies, improving the relationship journey with healthcare professionals, patients and partners.
Manage media and digital performance channels, ensuring relevance and consistency across all communication fronts.
Develop event and brand activation strategies, increasing presence and institutional authority at industry conferences, trade shows and forums.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Sales and Customer Success, ensuring alignment on go-to-market initiatives.
Build and inspire the Marketing team, cultivating a culture of autonomy, continuous learning and collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising or a related field.
Strong experience in strategic marketing and growth, preferably in technology, healthcare or digital businesses.
Experience with B2C, B2B and B2B2C models.
Ability to combine analytical thinking with brand sensitivity.
Full-funnel mindset and strong command of performance and growth metrics.
Ability to move between strategic and operational work, with a collaborative mindset and results orientation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels of the organization.
