Represent LaunchDarkly in strategic customer engagements, executive briefings, and industry events
Requirements
12+ years of SaaS sales experience
3+ years of experience in sales management or team leadership
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment
Passion for mentoring others while maintaining personal accountability for results
Experience selling to technology buyers or developer-centric audiences
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, DevOps, or feature management tools
