Responsibilities
Design and deliver scalable, high-impact training programs that support both new hire onboarding and ongoing sales development.

Build compelling training materials, including lesson plans, LMS modules, decks, job aids, and field-based tools.
Leverage instructional design best practices and adult learning theory to make every training experience memorable and effective.
Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure training initiatives align with evolving business goals and performance expectations.
Track and analyze training metrics—like ramp speed, assessment scores, and performance data—to optimize content over time.
Provide virtual coaching and support to sales reps post-training to reinforce learning and promote continuous growth.
Stay current with industry trends, sales methodologies, and enablement tools to keep IVX Health on the leading edge.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience delivering training for sales teams, ideally in healthcare or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related area—or equivalent work experience
Deep understanding of adult learning principles, sales effectiveness strategies, and instructional design
Experience working in a learning management system (LMS) and building e-learning content
Proficiency in tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline, Canva, Vyond, or other training design platforms
Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a learner-focused mindset.
