About the role
- Design and run global onboarding, learning and performance programs for employees across Heetch's international ride-hailing operations
Responsibilities
- Own and run the global onboarding program to ensure smooth, impactful starts for new joiners
- Design and manage internal learning initiatives such as mentoring, shadowing and peer-learning programs
- Deliver and coordinate training programs for employees and managers
- Lead the performance management process ensuring fair, transparent and consistent practices
- Own the company goal-setting framework to support alignment and clarity
- Manage onboarding and exit interviews and gather insights to improve employee experience
- Own and run the engagement survey process from launch to action planning
- Analyse data from these processes and report on outcomes, engagement and impact, proposing improvements
Requirements
- Experience in HR, ideally around 2 years, with at least some exposure to L&D initiatives
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong program management and facilitation skills
- Creative mindset for designing engaging learning experiences
- Comfortable building from scratch, experimenting, and improving things constantly
- Must meet official VIE eligibility criteria (age, nationality, etc.)
