Responsibilities
Own and evolve a suite of core leadership development programs
Partner with business and HR leaders to ensure all programs align with company strategy, leadership expectations, and evolving capability needs
Facilitate select workshops and experiences delivering engaging, inclusive learning experiences
Partner with the Director of Talent Enablement to support execution of key enterprise talent processes
Coordinate process timelines, communications, and logistics to ensure a seamless manager and employee experience
Manage program operations end-to-end, including planning, communications, scheduling, participant management, and feedback analysis
Requirements
8+ years of progressive experience in learning & development, leadership development, and/or talent management
Proven success managing enterprise-level programs with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with an ability to connect with leaders at all levels
Strong project management and organizational skills, balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence
Skilled facilitator, comfortable leading engaging group discussions and development experiences
Curiosity, creativity, and the ability to build "new in white space”, especially in applying skills-based and AI-enabled approaches to development
Collaborative spirit with a global mindset and genuine passion for helping others grow
Experience either managing people directly, or managing leadership development programs
