Requirements
5+ years of experience in user acquisition with Facebook Ads, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
Proven experience managing large advertising budgets (1kk+ per month) with a focus on subscription-based mobile or web products and achieving positive ROI/ROAS.
Strong ability to build, mentor, and scale UA teams: hiring, onboarding, setting goals, conducting performance reviews.
Experience in establishing clear UA processes — from campaign setup and creative testing to reporting and optimization loops.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, Data, Finance).
Advanced analytical thinking, able to interpret complex data and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using attribution, analytics, and engagement tools (Appsflyer, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, etc.).
Skilled in automation and optimization tools that improve workflow and campaign efficiency.
