Responsibilities
Acquire large enterprise clients for print and document solutions and DMS/ECM products
Manage and support newly acquired and existing customers
Develop efficient, solution-oriented concepts together with key accounts
Serve as a single point of contact throughout and beyond implementation
Prepare proposals and lead contract negotiations
Manage and coordinate sales processes and customer projects
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification in a business-related field
Experience in key account management and in selling complex products or services
Experience with printing and multifunction systems or in the office communications environment is desirable
Strong persuasive skills and a high level of customer orientation
Team player with strong negotiation skills
A valid Class B driving licence is required
