Responsibilities
As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d), you plan and oversee creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, small-scale events to large productions.
Implementer/Producer: You take creative event concepts and lead their implementation, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
Client advisor: You build and nurture relationships with clients in your projects, provide tailored advice, and lead project meetings.
Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
Commercial responsibility: You prepare cost estimates for new proposals, monitor budgets and handle project accounting — including reporting and documentation.
Idea driver: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
Ideally, initial professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches and budgeting
Confident command of German and English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business acumen
Willingness and enjoyment of travel
