About the role

Responsibilities
- You analyze existing business processes together with our clients, e.g., in finance/accounting, lending, or risk management, and develop professionally sound SAP solutions based on these analyses — from planning and system configuration to go-live and beyond.
- Whether it's a transformation to S/4HANA, optimizing payment processes, or implementing new regulatory requirements — you help design modern structures and working methods that make financial institutions more transparent, competitive, and sustainable.
- You continuously deepen your domain knowledge of banking- or insurance-specific topics as well as your SAP expertise — supported by structured training, experienced colleagues, and learning on the job.
Requirements
- You have a completed degree in economics, natural sciences, or (business) informatics/computer science — and ideally have already gained initial practical experience in relevant areas.
- You have very good German skills (at least C1) and good English.
- Thanks to your strong IT affinity, you handle digital solutions with ease.
- You work in a structured and solution-oriented way, with initiative, perseverance, and a focus on the essentials.
- You are willing to support our clients at their offices across Germany, remotely, or from our Frankfurt office.
