About the role

Responsibilities
- Engage, collaborate, coordinate alignment with various stakeholders to ensure project requirements (including Change Management) are captured and met
- Gather stakeholder requirements, transfer them into technical tasks, business rules and enable execution to meet the expectations, while ensuring resolution of conflicting priorities and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Support As-Is vs To-be process mapping to identify Change Management needs (at Market, Category, NBS and IT Solution levels)
- Provide relevant, timely update to both Project Management team, Market, Category, Zone, E-Commerce and IT partners - focusing on risk identification and mitigation
- Analyse current gaps in product information tool (PDH) vs business need of Data Impact and Good For You (others TBC)
- Propose solutions for gaps closure based on SAP Finished Product data analysis, Global Data Standards, other data sources
- Facilitate analysis & proposal validation, as well as next steps execution in collaboration with Market Data & Marketing functions
- Create clear and concise documentation, including process documentation, Standards, Guidelines and user manuals to ensure sustainable operations at Global, Market, Category, NBS levels
- Translate technical concepts into easily understandable language for non-technical stakeholders
- Prepare training materials and support localization to market needs where needed
- Execute Internal solution testing, documenting and addressing Test Incidents to respective support teams
- Facilitate End-User training and testing execution - ensuring readiness to Go-live
Requirements
- University degree (bachelor/master/specialist: business, technical, mathematical or similar)
- Strong Analytical skills to enable Business Rules proposal
- Strong Excel, basic Power Automate – to enable efficient analysis and populating data
- Business experience in Master Data function is beneficial
- Experience in systems for the Management of Material Master Data Processes is beneficial (Workflows, DQ KPIs, Mass Maintenance)
- Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies
- Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements
- Ability to think outside of the box and possessing an internal drive to continuously improve ways of working / processes
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
