About the role
- Junior Business Analyst managing the issuance and analysis of legal documents in Brazil. Working primarily with public agencies and ensuring quality delivery timelines in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- Interface with Brazilian public agencies to request and obtain documents;
- Work daily with various types of forensic and notarial/registry documents;
- Locate, issue, and manage documents requested by clients;
- Manage requests and deadlines, effectively handling time and cash management;
- Ensure document delivery SLAs are met;
- Meet agreed productivity targets;
- Ensure the quality of delivered documents;
- Ensure that all documents under your responsibility are being processed with the relevant agencies;
- Communicate with the customer support team;
- Accurately record payments and request refunds/reversals when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience issuing and/or analyzing notarial/registry and forensic documents (e.g., CNDs [Negative Debt Certificates], property registries, lien certificates, protest certificates, commercial registry certificates, birth and death certificates, etc.);
- Proficiency in at least one document set (POD) — e.g., courts, civil registry, agricultural, real estate, tax;
- Experience with Google Sheets.
