About the role

  • Business Analyst for digital transformation projects in the Brazilian judiciary. Responsibilities include mapping processes and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Process Modeling: Map and model processes using BPMN 2.0, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities with an analytical mindset and a systems-level perspective.
  • Documentation: Record functional and non-functional requirements clearly and with an appropriate level of detail, using document analysis, direct observation, and prototyping.
  • Technical Specification: Create use cases, user stories, and flow diagrams that are understandable to both the client and the technical team — acting as the bridge between the two.
  • Solution Validation: Participate in validating deliverables to ensure adherence to requirements, supporting functional and acceptance testing with the client.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication between the client and the technical team, anticipate deviations, and contribute to problem resolution — even in complex environments.
  • Monitor solution adoption and propose continuous improvements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
