Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring system availability
Analyze and resolve operational incidents (via ticketing system)
Administer server infrastructure, backups, firewall, MS‑SQL databases, and networking in virtualized environments
Communicate and coordinate technical tasks with customers' IT representatives
Create operational documentation in our ITSM tool
Proactively incorporate technological innovations and insights
Requirements
Successfully completed IT training or equivalent professional experience (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration)
Good knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DFS
Basic knowledge in areas like Microsoft Cluster and VMware
Enjoyment of automating and optimizing operational processes
Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a solution- and customer-oriented working style
