About the role
- Provide business and technical consulting on payment systems and innovations (e.g., ISO 20022, SEPA, SWIFT, CBDC, Blockchain). Deliver business analysis, requirements engineering, process optimization and project execution in agile and traditional settings.
Responsibilities
- Business and technical consulting for banks, payment service providers, financial institutions, corporates, and public authorities on all questions related to payments
- Project work: business analysis and requirements engineering in both traditional and agile projects, functional and IT design, functional quality assurance, and project management
- Process management: process analysis, modeling, optimization, and automation
- Innovation: building and further developing the service portfolio (Blockchain, Digital Money & CBDC, IoT, AI, etc.)
- Dynamic and collaborative team: regular team events, flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths, distributed leadership, and professional topic development within our Payments community
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, (business) computer science, mathematics, or a comparable qualification with subsequent professional experience
- Experience in payments with knowledge of, for example, ISO 20022, SEPA, SWIFT, T2, Open Banking, card payments, or cryptocurrencies
- Experience in project work as a consultant, business analyst, requirements engineer, or project manager
- IT affinity, analytical skills, and a conceptual, structured way of working; thought leadership
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, and business-fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
