About the role

  • Membership Services Consultant making high volume outbound calls in a health and wellness group. Focused on member retention and attrition management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or members who have missed a payment
  • Help with the overall attrition of the company
  • Retain members within the business by proactively calling our members

Requirements

  • Experience of outbound calling – high volume
  • Involvement in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strategic with a commercial edge to seek out and maximise potential to grown count and revenue
  • Involvement in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience of working within the Health & Leisure Industry
