Responsibilities
You will be part of our Communications team, where we collaboratively develop our marketing and social media presence
You create visual content for our channels — from web content and static posts to Reels and short motion formats
You design B2B and employer-branding content for LinkedIn, Instagram and similar platforms
You critically review our channel landscape and bring fresh ideas to improve our performance
You support the development of our social media strategy with a focus on design, target groups and digital trends
You may take on tasks in community management
Additionally, you contribute your visual skills to internal agency projects — for example in presentation design or pitch preparation, using tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides and the Adobe Suite with a focus on Illustrator and Photoshop
Requirements
You are enrolled in a degree program (at least 3rd semester) in Communication Design, Graphic Design or a related field and are looking for a (mandatory) internship (minimum 3 months)
Social media content is your passion
You have a strong sense for composition, visual language and design in the social media context — you are conceptually strong, familiar with current trends and enjoy developing and implementing your own ideas
You have initial practical experience with common graphic tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Express, Figma, etc.)
Initial experience in copywriting or storytelling is a nice-to-have but not required
You enjoy working in a team within an interdisciplinary environment
