About the role
- HCM Integrations Engineer creating integrations between products and external platforms for AI-driven recruitment solutions. Collaborating with teams to deliver high-impact integration capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations between internal products and external SaaS platforms.
- Develop and support APIs, middleware, and file-based integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, SFTP).
- Ensure accurate and efficient data mapping across systems and workflows.
- Translate customer and partner requirements into scalable, repeatable integration solutions.
- Work closely with Product and Professional Services teams to design integration strategies that drive adoption and ROI.
- Monitor, test, and troubleshoot integration performance and reliability.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex integration issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of integration flows, schemas, and best practices.
- Implement secure authentication and data transfer methods (OAuth, SAML, SSO).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience building and supporting integrations with SaaS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of web services and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, SFTP).
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting/programming languages (Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, SnapLogic) or proprietary vendor tools.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD practices.
