About the role
- Workplace Engineer responsible for unified communication systems and Microsoft Teams at Vaudoise. Involved in daily management, support, and technology watch for communication solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assurer la gestion quotidienne des systèmes de communication unifiée : supervision, maintenance préventive et curative, ainsi que les mises à jour régulières des plateformes
- Concevoir et déployer des solutions de communication unifiée autour de l’écosystème Microsoft Teams et des systèmes de vidéoconférence tels que MTRoA, MTRoW et Surface Hub
- Être le référent des statistiques téléphoniques, de l’évolution des boucles de téléphonie Microsoft Teams ainsi que de la solution de Contact Center
- Collaborer en contexte projet avec une forte aptitude au travail en équipe
- Assurer le support technique de niveau 3 (N3)
- Réaliser une veille technologique continue sur les solutions de communication unifiée
Requirements
- Solide expérience en VoIP et technologies réseau (protocoles SIP, analyse de call flows, outils Wireshark et TCPdump)
- Maîtrise des équipements SBC (Session Border Controller) et des systèmes de téléphonie Microsoft (Teams, AudioCodes OVOC)
- Très bonne connaissance et pratique des produits Microsoft Teams, Intune, Azure
- Expérience confirmée sur des solutions de Contact Center : Luware Nimbus, Microsoft Dynamics Contact Center
- Compétences en développement avec plusieurs langages : ASP, PowerShell, .NET, HTML
- Capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas réseaux complexes
- Diplômé(e) en Télécommunications, Réseaux ou Systèmes
- Première expérience significative en Voix sur IP et outils collaboratifs d'entreprise
- Connaissance approfondie des outils de gestion Microsoft et des infrastructures cloud
- Excellente capacité d’analyse et de réaction face aux incidents techniques
- Goût prononcé pour les environnements technologiques complexes et les défis techniques
- Langue maternelle : français | Très bon niveau en anglais | L’allemand est un atout
