Responsibilities
Strategic HR leadership
Develop and implement a scalable HR strategy that supports the company's growth, culture, and performance objectives.
Advise senior management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and cultural initiatives.
Oversee recruitment strategy and processes to meet rapid hiring needs across all departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, improve interview processes, and ensure a high-quality talent pipeline.
Implement and optimize performance management systems to promote feedback, accountability, and development.
Requirements
More than 5 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to talent attraction, development, and retention programs.
More than 3 years as an HR manager or HR director, with responsibility for end-to-end HR functions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Deep knowledge of local labour laws and employment practices in the region, particularly Singapore and Malaysia.
Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or other related industries.
