Responsibilities
Lead large-scale HR technology transformation programs across multiple industries.
Advise clients on the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Workday.
Develop and deliver HR technology strategies aligned with business goals, workforce needs, and digital transformation agendas.
Oversee the design and deployment of HR operating models, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to CHROs and senior HR leaders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, change, and data specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
Drive business development activities including proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements
Proven experience (10+ years) in HR technology consulting or transformation
Deep functional and technical knowledge of at least one major HRIS platform (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday)
Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end HR technology implementations and transformations
Strong understanding of HR processes across talent management, core HR, payroll, learning, and workforce analytics
Experience in managing senior client relationships and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field
Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday.
