About the role

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR (e.g., as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Advisor)
- German at native level (C2) and very good English skills (C1)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional demeanor at all levels
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with HR tools
- Preferred: experience in the health, wellness, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors
