Responsibilities
Full ownership of the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
Planning and conducting recruitment processes, including interviews
Developing and implementing HR and organizational development initiatives
Acting as the central point of contact for all HR-related matters
Close collaboration with executive management and the business units
Continuous optimization of HR processes with an innovative, practice-oriented approach
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR (e.g., as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Advisor)
German at native level (C2) and very good English skills (C1)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional demeanor at all levels
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with HR tools
Preferred: experience in the health, wellness, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors
