Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the plant's leadership to drive employee engagement and organizational development
Design and execute HR strategies that align with divisional goals
Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and hire top talent
Develop and champion employee growth programs
Support and lead change initiatives
Monitor, investigate, and educate on compliance issues
Build and maintain a proactive compliance management system
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s Degree Preferred)
8 to 10 years of progressive HR management experience
Experience managing/mentoring teams
Specific experience dealing with a multi-site, multi-state manufacturing organization (2-MA, CA & MX)
Extensive experience in Human Resources with a deep understanding of employment laws and best practices
Experience negotiating union contracts
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
