Responsibilities
Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures.
Ensures transactions are processed accurately and HR programs are administered effectively.
Performs verification of required documentation, identifying, navigating, researching, and troubleshooting HR transactional processes.
Retains ownership of assigned cases which are escalated to until closure.
Maintains appropriate records for employees’ HR documents/records through scanning/filing systems.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
Qualified in a relevant Business or HR discipline is advantageous.
Fluent in German and in English (both written and spoken).
Proficient of MS Office programs.
Workday or ServiceNow knowledge a distinct advantage.
