About the role

Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the operational debt collection area, including multiple teams and team leaders
- Ensure efficient, quality- and results-oriented day-to-day operations
- Lead, coach and develop subordinate managers and staff
- Continuously optimize processes, structures and systems (including digitization/automation)
- Manage KPIs, reporting and derive measures to improve performance
- Work closely with executive management and manage interfaces with internal departments and external partners
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in debt collection/receivables management or a comparable service-oriented environment
- Strong expertise in operational control, process management and KPI-driven performance management
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, decisiveness and strong execution capability
- Confident communicator at all levels, professional presence and strong customer/service orientation
- Proficient with MS Office and, ideally, familiar with common collections/ERP systems
