About the role
- Operations Transformation Lead responsible for driving operational excellence and sustainable change across German scanning sites. Collaborating with leadership to ensure SLA adherence and performance governance.
Responsibilities
- Drive Operational Excellence & Stabilization: Conduct deep-dive reviews of throughput and cost drivers to implement pragmatic improvements and ensure consistent SLA adherence.
- Lead Performance Governance & KPIs: Shift the focus from reporting overload to steering-relevant metrics, establishing robust daily and weekly performance routines.
- Provide Leadership Sparring & Enablement: Act as a coach for Site and Team Leads on decision-making and escalation handling while clarifying roles to eliminate informal dependencies.
- Ensure Process & Compliance Integrity: Audit the daily implementation of security requirements and document complex workflows to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Foster Cross-Site Engagement: Collaborate across multiple locations to share best practices and create a unified, high-performing operational network.
- Manage Transformation & Sustainable Exit: Moderate the interfaces between IT and Operations, ensuring all routines are documented for a smooth handover to internal ownership.
Requirements
- Operational Excellence Expertise: Deep understanding of throughput, quality metrics, and SLA management, ideally within high-volume BPO, scanning, or logistics environments.
