Responsibilities
Define and implement a multi-year resource plan based on scheduled activities; deliver the integrated resource plan for on-site intervention personnel and equipment within the area of responsibility.
Provide competent and certified human resources in accordance with client and Westinghouse requirements.
Ensure lessons learned from activities are captured and implement appropriate actions to improve the quality of interventions and the reliability of equipment.
Contribute to defining investments in intervention equipment required to meet project needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide an integrated procurement plan for materials and services across all projects; implement cost-efficiency measures through effective procurement and logistics practices.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on Westinghouse project sites.
Define and implement improvements to training, operational practices, and maintenance with a focus on efficiency.
Establish business relationships with CNPE and Central Ordering Authorities (DIPDE, UTO, etc.) to prepare and secure on-site operations.
Establish business relationships with subcontractors to ensure the availability of qualified and competent resources.
Implement a continuous improvement process for personnel performance and skills.
Requirements
University degree in engineering or a related discipline.
Typically 5 to 10 years of experience in service delivery or engineering.
Knowledge: in-depth knowledge of nuclear services, with a good understanding of strategic and commercial objectives.
Understanding of business and financial processes.
Solid knowledge of continuous improvement processes.
Experience in project planning and management.
Knowledge of the operational and regulatory requirements of nuclear facilities.
