About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across civil construction, site development, and infrastructure projects
- Lead project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure strong execution and project delivery

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in construction operations with a background in civil, infrastructure, or site development projects
- Experience leading project managers, superintendents, and field teams across multiple projects
- Proven ability to manage project performance, budgets, and operational outcomes at scale
- Background progressing from Project Management or Operations leadership into senior-level responsibility
- Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and construction execution
- Experience in self-perform environments or managing subcontractor-driven projects
- Exposure to public works, DOT, municipal, or large commercial site development projects preferred
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership
