HCM Sales Associate tasked with building and maintaining business relationships with clients while generating sales opportunities for a Human Capital Management platform. Focus on business to business prospecting and closing new business deals.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain business relationships with new clients
Generate revenue opportunities for Asure’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions as an outbound sales representative
Business to business prospecting, nurturing current relationships, building new relationships, as well as running demos, discovery calls with a keen focus on closing new business
Identify and develop new prospects thru working curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as, CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers as referral partners to further penetrate the market, build your brand and obtain quota
Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator
Develop and manage an overflowing sales funnel of new opportunities in order to attain and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota
Leverages Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services related activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5 years' experience in a quota driven sales environment
Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred, but not required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proven relationship building and client service skills
Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
Ambitious and positive attitude; self-motivated with a desire to impact your income through achievement and overachievement of quota that will also impact upward career trajectory
Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Teams or other comparable tools is preferred
