Responsibilities
Drive the expert acquisition and activation funnel end-to-end.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client research demands and identify gaps.
Adopt a hypothesis-driven approach to product-led growth and run A/B tests.
Analyze client demand trends, audience supply gaps, and industry-specific opportunities.
Co-design targeted campaigns and measure performance.
Own and optimize the onboarding and sign-up experience.
Define, monitor, and report on key KPIs related to audience acquisition and activation.
Shape and maintain the product-led growth roadmap and communicate insights to leadership.
Requirements
5+ years in Product Management, ideally with exposure to Growth, PLG, or marketplace dynamics.
Skilled at interpreting funnel data, measuring outcomes, and using analytics to drive decisions.
Experience designing, running, and scaling A/B tests or growth experiments.
Proven success working across functions (Marketing, Design, Engineering, Ops) to deliver results.
Thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments; comfortable balancing short-term tests with long-term strategy.
Experience with two-sided marketplaces, expert networks, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
