  • Senior Manager leading tech teams building out Credit Bureau disputes experience for Capital One. Collaborating with multiple business aspects to solve critical problems for agents and customers

Responsibilities

  • Leading tech teams that are actively building out our end-state experience for Credit Bureau disputes
  • Partnering with Process, Tech, Ops and Risk partners to deliver a bold vision
  • Demonstrating proficiency in key areas like Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
