Requirements
6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google)
Strong background in optimizing performance-driven campaigns (LTV:CAC ratio)
Proficiency in campaign-level data analysis and rapid A/B testing
Highly creative with proven experience working with design teams to optimize ads and landing pages
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Experience with subscription-based apps or mobile gaming
Experimental mindset and enthusiasm for testing new channels
Knowledge of full-funnel marketing, including retention/CRM
Native French speaker. Additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, Polish, etc.) are a plus.
