About the role

Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio consisting of 5 - 7 accounts
- Partner with consulting teams, leaders and other internal departments to drive delivery
- Develop relationships with key client & internal stakeholders
- Ensure overall program effectiveness while keeping within budget
- Manage client service expectations and briefs for measurable outcomes
- Provide weekly project status and burn reports
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German (Mandatory)
- Extensive client management experience collaborating closely with business owners and executive level clients
- Experience managing projects in IT, SaaS, Social, or Software environment
- Experience working with multi-geo, multicultural delivery teams
- Experience on large scale project management in multi-organisational initiatives
- Ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans, and perform resource allocations
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and web technologies
- Certification in Project Management (Prince2, PMP, SCRUM etc.)
