Responsibilities
Provide quality and efficient support in the prioritization of GCHRO activities
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure the CHRO’s engagements are well-prepared and professionally executed
Manage incoming requests to protect GCHRO's focus on delivering key objectives
Prepare presentations, including for board-level communications and reports
Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, off-sites, and global events
Proactively use approved AI tools to support the delivery of the role and the effectiveness of the GCHRO
Requirements
Bac+5 degree from a top-tier engineering or business school (group A+ or A)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy and finance roles
Knowledge of the consulting industry is a significant plus
Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and synthesis mindset
Proficient in Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Comfortable interacting professionally in English
