Responsibilities
- Support the annual budgeting process
- Lead quarterly re-forecasting cycles
- Build and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis
- Provide insight into revenue, margin, opex, and cash flow drivers
- Develop and track financial and operational KPIs across the company
- Partner with budget owners to review spend vs budget and highlight risks and opportunities
- Perform a monthly management accounts analysis and variance commentary
- Prepare management, investor and board-level reports
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and financial input to strategic initiatives
- Support the accounting team in delivering accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Reconfigure and optimise streamlined reporting and dashboards within Netsuite
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or management accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Professional accounting qualification is a big plus
- Experience in fast-paced tech environments
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and spreadsheets
- Experience with SaaS KPIs is a plus
- Comfortable with financial tools like NetSuite
- Clear communicator, can partner confidently with non-finance teams and senior leadership
- Proactive self-starter who enjoys working autonomously
